June is starting out to be a very busy month.  Just received written confirmation that I will be playing the role of Geraldine Black, mother of the lead character, Joe Black in the feature film, Stripes, The Movie.  I get to work again with the very talented and creative director, Jacalyn Evone.  A table read is set for later this month.

Last weekend I shot the film, The Bishop directed by Farah Dews.  In the film, I play the role of the Bishop's wife.  I thought that I would be a background player.  However, I was featured and given a few lines.  What a great cast and crew.  Many familiar faces, Lind Henry, Big Spence, Ken Thrift and Eric Bendross.  I can't forget Alicia Hope Alexander the Producer who cast me in the role.

Next week an audition for a feature film as the Principal, Martha Rutherford, in the film, Talk is Cheap.  Looking forward to broadening my acting skills.

Just received an email inviting me to audition for a PSA.

I can't wait to see what else is in store for me in the month of June.  I am blessed and excited!
